Good product, intended for specific equipment.

Too early to tell with grease, whether or not it's doing its job properly. Seems OK, but I needed a long spoon to transfer some of the grease into a small grease-gun needed for use on inaccessible parts of the milling machine. The machine ran more quietly after I had greased it, Ultimately, the product is just grease, probably indistinguishable from many other greases, at my level of competence to compare it. If it were available, I would prefer to buy grease in packaging which can be used in a mastic gun, to ease transfer to a small gun. However I buy grease very seldom, so a minor inconvenience is unimportant. Speed of delivery and quality of packaging were both of a very satisfactory standard.

Too large a claw for picking up small items.

The claw is too large to pick up small items like drill bits. It replaces an earlier tool which had a smaller sleeve at the end. This allowed the claws into closer contact with each other at the exit from the main tube, thus allowing it to pick up much smaller items than the item I bought. The new tool is good for larger items like spanners dropped behind a radiator though.
