  hi, just to let you know I've picked up my package from the McColl's shop and because they know me really well they handed it over to me without processing it. So I was lucky to get it. This is because you hadn't put the eBay ECP number that's in the delivery address. They need this to process receipt of package and without it it would usually be refused and sent back to the postal service. Just some info for sending via a shop/store.
