  Prompt shipping. The '62 XL Ink Cartridge pack For HP' was delivered open and accessed. The sealed wrapper on one cartridge was opened and the electronic strip on the cartridge was torn, effectively rendering it non-functional. It was not the seller's fault as the person tried to help and was quite responsive. Likely caused by someone in the transit/delivery process.
