A brilliant chef knife a great balance of hardness of steel to retain a sharp edge and soft metal for easy quick sharpening a amazing knife that has a high amount of chromium in the steel to make it resistant to stains or rust more so than any other stainless steel knife I have come across, you can see the chrome glow of the steel and you automatically know the metal is of the highest quality, I have used these knives 13 years and I'am still impressed by the craftsmanship and the sustainability for the planet 🌍 in making these knives for all cooks and chefs
