The item took longer than expected to arrive (Christmas post?) and I had to pay excess postage on the package due to confusion over the weight of it but the seller apologised and promptly refunded the excess postage when I brought it to their attention.

  The seller has informed me that the advert clearly states the product is ex salon and therefore not new, but I can t see where it states that. All I can see is that the sellers description is: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging. The seller has give me a full refund as the goods arrived damaged and were old and out of date.
