Programmer is incomprehensible
Easy enough to install and comes with a UK 3-pin plug; heats quickly. Probably fine if you are happy to use the preset programmes but trying to alter them to our own requirements has proved impossible for both my wife and I and we are perfectly intelligent people. I believe the problem is that the instructions have not been correctly translated into English since the buttons do not do what the instructions say. We emailed the distributor for help but have received no response. Not impressed.
