Green Day....21st Century Breakdown
I've loved Green Day from the very first time I heard the Album "Dookie"
This is 8th studio album & the boys have certainly come a long way from the early days. This is a very polished & professional album, with a great production quality.
The album comprises of typical GD fast paced, punky tunes but also there are a few slow, mellower songs. Billy Joe's writing seems to get better with age!
For me personally, I prefer the older, raw edge GD of albums like "Dookie, Warning & Kerplunk etc, but on first listening I must admit I will be playing the album until it is worn out!!
A must for all GD fans!! You won't be dissapointed!!

Godfathers of punk! The Ramones...Hey ho let's go!
1 of 1 found this helpful What can I say? Simply the greatest punk band that ever graced this planet! This compilation album of all their greatest tracks does not let anyone down. For anyone wanting to listen to great pop/punk tunes then this is the band for you & this album definately won't dissappoint you.
I have loved the Ramones since I first heard & saw them in 1978 & rate this CD as the definitive Ramones collection.
The only other CD's which I think rate anywhere near this are the "All the stuff & more" Volumes 1 & 2. But this CD just has the edge over those.
