Great quality & heavier cord that doesn't tangle!!
This is the 3rd cord for our Avaya office phones. Bought 3 and only needed 2 of them, so I have a backup when needed!
I replaced my phone's cord & it seems like this cord is a nicer cord & I thought I bought genuine Avaya cords the last time. It stretches nicely & pulls back together to the original coil shape. The other phone I put a cord on had a 25' cord, which was nice for a little while, until it started tangling and pulling the phone to the floor several times a week, at least. That poor phone... I'm surprised it never broke!
This cord is a heavier cord, so it should stay untangled for a good while. It isn't a long cord (12' is the length of the cord before it is coil wrapped), so if you need to stretch it more than 5-6', I recommend going up a size!
