Very simple to fit

The deflectors by Heko are very high quality and easy to fit. I would suggest spending a few minutes searching for Youtube videos or similar to make yourself aware of the possible pitfalls before starting which will make the job as easy as possible.

Poor design for a 'top of the range' headset

I have been a fan of Plantronics headsets for quite a while however this headset has left me very disappointed. For a mobile headset the charging system of using a magnetic connector is absolutely hopeless. Even in the office I find the standard connector very difficult to use. In a moving vehicle environment it is almost impossible. I contacted Plantronics tech team and there suggestion to solve the issue was to direct me to a website where a charging case was available - at a further cost in excess of £30 - This would take the total price to well over £80.00. For a mobile headset I would honestly say that the unit is unfit for purpose. I still like Plantronics products but for their flagship mobile headset this is an exercise in design that has gone badly wrong.
