Treadmill review
I am delighted with my purchase. It has 12 preset programmes which I have started to use but there is the manual option also to choose you own time, speed etc. It is narrower than the treadmills at the gym and some reviews say it is good for walking only. I do run on it but it is narrower so keep that in mind. I love it though and I am very happy with it. It looks great too.
