  Item was shipped in heavy bubble wrap but arrived with bent bracket (which managed to fix easily). Ideally should have been shipped in any box. Also fan installation was loose, thewhole assembly rattled and screws had to be tightened. Also had to dust it as plenty of trapped dirt within the heatsinks. As a seller, to do these things this prior to sending an item goes a long way.......
