Item did not come with a remote, but the description says it would come with all accessories. I have been unable to get the CBL/SAT HDMI port to play

Item did not come with a remote, but the description says it would come with all accessories. I have been unable to get the CBL/SAT HDMI port to play audio, thankfully I only need one port to work. Cosmetically the receiver is in good shape and the BD/DVD port works great.
