  Item never arrived after almost 2 weeks of waiting, contacted seller said item shipped asked for tracking but no answer. Horrible communication and would not recommend. 2 weeks is unacceptable for two stickers in usps mail in the US.

  Cooktop is very scuffed and there’s is a dent. I asked to return it, but seller said window to return it ended on December 13. I was in the hospital all of last week and I haven’t been strong enough to return it. I had major surgery on November 11th, and not able to lift more than 5 lbs.
