This is a great workout. I had some injuries that made running and some strength training difficult. I love that the program is broken down so anyone at any level can do this. The beginner workout was surprisingly energetic. Lots of sweat and my waist was wonderfully sore for a few days. Even my legs were exhausted. It's deceptive in the sense that you're enjoying the movement so much that you forget that you're actually exercising. Even my kids joined in and enjoyed the workout. They picked up the moves quickly. Best part, my stomach was noticably flatter after the first workout!
