  Communication was brilliant as was delivery and packaging. It was a completely factory sealed box but unfortunately when opened there was a slight dent in the front. I messaged the seller and the next thing I found I’d received a complete refund. As it wasn’t his fault, I offered to pay half but he replied and said “you didn’t get what you paid for, my responsibility”. I think a lesson for some Ebayers - so encouraging to deal with someone who is totally honourable. Thank you

  The starch itself is very good as I always use this brand. However, the packaging was too weak and the box arrived bent. Not a big problem as there was nothing to brake inside. It was a bit problematic with EVRI that said they would deliver on Friday, 8th August but couldn't because there was no one home. We were home all day so EVRI just did not bother and said that they will deliver on the 19th of August. That is totally unacceptable. Luckily, they changed their minds and delivered on the 9th.
