I may die trying!

Jillian is a sadist, but I enjoy working my way through each DVD. She is good at explaining the moves, and more importantly, how not to do them. I'm busy with the 30 day shred, level two at the moment and it practically lays me out, but I still come back to do it every evening and can feel the benefits as level one had a similar effect on me at first and now I'm comfortable with that. Whether it will deal death to the rolls of fat on my stomach is anyone's guess though. Jillian versus middle-aged spread is the clash of the Titans!!

Worth paying a bit more.

Wrestling with other people's traditional hosepipes made me want something different. I looked at the lightweight ones which shrivel up again but the reviews were often unfavourable. I have bought Rolsen products before and trusted their quality. I saw this hosepipe and liked that it had brass fittings. It is light, strong and easily manageable. I can water both front and back gardens from the one outside tap. I would definitely recommend it.

History in a box.

It's fascinating to hear how the harmonies were adjusted over the years to accommodate the different voices of the line-up. And to think they all stood around a single microphone, no recording booths, no headphones. Just pure talent.
