  Waited 4 working days and couple of chaser messages until the item was dispatched. Seller then became argumentative over postage costs to expedite delivery. Just as I thought the item was dispatched, seller informed me they "think" that item is missing battery and "needed me to confirm" I would be happy with partial refund on receipt of the item. On receipt, item also missing hdd bracket. Sent photos & requested partial refund through eBay return procedure but seller stopped responding.
