The gold standard for debunking the lipid/cholesterol theory of heart disease.
I retired 23 years ago with the goal of taking charge of my health. I got tired of doctors telling me that my cholesterol was too high and I needed to go on a low carb diet. Since then I must have read dozens and dozens of book on heart disease, statins , diet, exercise and fitness. I can state that this is the best book of the whole genre. It tells you everything you could possibly need to know. Second and third on my list of must reads are "Why We Get Fat" by Gary Taubs and "The Big Fat Surprise." If you read all three that is all you will ever need to read. Best wishes

Good face, bad hands
Great watch but it would be better if the hand were black; hard for old eyes to read. Band is gorgeous which sold the watch for me. Nice case and actually readable manual.
