The item arrived damaged when asking for replacement I was ignored so asked for a refund from the lack of response as I found this very unprofessional. I was then greted with a comment that was very rude saying she had sent out a replacement but failed to let me no. I even suggested that maybe bubble wrap would help future deliveries being damaged. Very rude would highly not recommend

The new item was sent out to the client the very same day as the request for a replacement.Tracking details of this have been forwarded to the client along with a screenshot of the progress on Royal Mail in delivering the replacement item. I have apologised for not replying to the client immediately. This however has not been accepted clearly! This client has been very rude and has been reported to Ebay.
