  Sadly this product arrived damaged .The outside & inside box was not dented or damaged but the VonShef was damaged .It was advertised as 5 tier but due to 2 damaged trays it ended up as a 3 Tier.I was offered a full refund but that was only words as i have been waiting since February.Despite empty promise of a full refund ,the 3 tier product does work .and i have made several herbal teas in it. I will be surprised if this item last .Sadly this seller gets ZERO Points and Buyers Beware .
