Condition
Watch arrived in box as it should have. Upon removal I noticed the clasp had abrasive marks on the clasp as if the watch had been brushed with something rough enough to make very ugly marks on that part of the band.

One out of two defective.
One of the headsets that arrived were inoperative. I guess half of a product is better than none.
