    I informed seller about my intention to return and he ghosted me. Finally replied in anger and sent a dodgy return label meant for 2kg item for toilets weighing over 20kg. I had to source privately for means to return it, when the Product was delivered he then denied receiving it until the shipper company called him out on it. After Finally admitting he received the toilets, he refused to issue refund, tnx to EBAY who refunded me. AVOID THIS SELLER for ur peace of mind, others sell same product

    To confirm - the customer returned two toilets, one was broken and the other was used. Ebay incorrectly refunded the customer and refunded us afterwards. Im not sure why customers act in this manner.
