I pointed them out to the delivery person and said he would make a note of it. I took pics of the damage. I have not opened the package yet, so I don't know if the screen has been damaged. I am just doing a heads-up in case I do find problems. I will keep you informed as I move forward.

However, today (day after receiving the shipment) I was able to set it up and everything is working as stated. So at this point, I am very satisfied with the Seller. The product was exactly as described. The purchase transaction went smoothly, they shipped right away (ordered 6/9; received 6/13) and packaging was VERY secure. No need to rent cable company's DVR equipment yet.
