  I tried several times to contact the seller before, during, and after the sale. I needed a timer for my dryer. Being in a fixed income, I tried to save money by purchasing the timer through eBay. The time FINALLY arrived, I installed it, and it didn’t work. I called a local, established appliance repair company. The service technician got the dryer to heat, but immediately, we could smell a burning smell. He advised me to return it as defective and a fire hazard. Disappointed!!!
