Overall GOOD
Very effective machine, and excellent for the price.
The assembly and maintenance instructions are very poor. While bagless is good, disassembling the filters and washing/drying them is more trouble than using quickly replaced bags.
The components are plasticy and I'll need to be careful not to snap/break any components when attempting to empty or clean (especially in view of the poor instructions & diagrams).My wife is hamfisted and I fear that she'll break the thing.
All in all, I'm well pleased with a machine which is effective and reasonably priced (refurbished).
I paid £135, but I would NOT pay the RRP of around £380.
