MAP Optimum Reel Line 300M Spool - Fishing Line

Good supple reel line

I like this stuff. It's breaking strain is close but above to the marked strain (5 and 6lb lines. I haven't tried others). Most lines are considerably underrated, way over the marked value. It knots exceptionally well with a simple 4 turn tucked blood, close to 100%. I haven't had any problems with it twisting up or falling off the reel spool - reel filled coming off the edge, not off the face of the bulk spool but I only float fish, 30yds max. If there is a fault it's that it's quite soft. Just be careful if you're putting shot on the line.

Good compact bag

Just right for my purposes. Well made, plenty of pockets. So long as it's big enough for you it'll do the job. Approximate internal dimensions of main compartment which aren't stated 14"x9"x9". Well padded carrying strap which I don't use.
