  I really like this product sold by trustdesk. Whilst I was disappointed when it went missing, I decided to ask for a replacement rather than my money back. Ebay and trustdesk kept me "in the loop" & the decision to send me a replacement was made the same day, Later that day I received notice from a different courier that they were expecting to receive & ship my parcel. On their app I was kept up to date daily and they delivered the item 3 days later. Well done for stepping up & making it happen!
