Con seller

The buyer sold a second-hand item as NEW and then when it was rejected as 'new' went into 'shock mode pretence'. Ebay fails in it policy to protect buyers from 'new' word usage. Ebay must insist that 'NEW' means the product is in its original package, MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PLASTIC WRAPPING AROUND IT AND A RECEIPT MUST BE PROVIDED TO SHOW IT IS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD. Otherwise the product must be rejected as 'new'. This is a massive flaw on ebay and every buyer needs ebay to get it house sorted out on this matter.

Pads make my knees glad
