2 of 4 found this helpful The buyer sold a second-hand item as NEW and then when it was rejected as 'new' went into 'shock mode pretence'. Ebay fails in it policy to protect buyers from 'new' word usage. Ebay must insist that 'NEW' means the product is in its original package, MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PLASTIC WRAPPING AROUND IT AND A RECEIPT MUST BE PROVIDED TO SHOW IT IS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD. Otherwise the product must be rejected as 'new'. This is a massive flaw on ebay and every buyer needs ebay to get it house sorted out on this matter.

Keep the tea warm

Pads make my knees glad
Used just once - but very comfortable on knees - look good. The only worry would be the straps - they look rubbery and flimsy - wonder how long they will hold out? But the pads look solid and a good design. Fast delivery too,
