This video puts the "work" in "work out".
This definitely gives you a workout - but not recommended for beginners. Jillian does not mess around and the word mercy doesn't come to mind!
If you can handle a 45 minute aerobic workout, then this is a good video for you.

One of the best books a dog lover could read!
The author is extremely likeable, and unintentionally funny. She's also very intelligent, and yet explains her work and the interesting psychology behind it in an easy-to-understand manner. This book will make you laugh, make you cry, make you think. It's one of my top favorite books of all time now. If you are interested at ALL in learning more about your canine companion, read this damn book! :)
