No DVD case! Cheap cardboard cover stapled together!

Well, The DVD came in a stapled piece of cardboard with the DVD moving around and possibly scratched. I would not have ordered this if I knew that was the quality of the DVD. No DVD case as all???!

Excellent book.

The book is not in bad condition, but I wish they would not show it with a cover on and then not have the cover on it when it arrives. I know you have to read the "fine print", but still disappointing. So not totally thrilled with the selling tactics.
