    The light they sent us was wrong, did not match the photo. They sent the opposite side. Which wasn’t needed. They did send us the money to return it but had to remind them the price as first they only sent a little of the postage. Once received they will not reply to us and have not got a refund for the item. This was for my parents due to a traffic accident and needed to be replaced before the police stop them. WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. STILL NO BACK CAR LIGHT AND OUT OF POCKET

    Good afternoon & thanks for your reply! I can’t find the message you sent again but I took a screenshot. Photo shows damage to 1 item & the wrapper it was in, my wife has unfortunately thrown the bubble wrap & rapping away, I suspect the damage was done before it was shipped as it would have been really hard to see in the cellophane by something with a blunt end. As I don’t have the bubble wrap you probably can’t do anything but thank you very much. Great product & speedy delivery!

    After their standard delay till despatch (as advised), Royal mail seemed to lose tracking of package after it left Heathrow for a couple of days and still show as in Transit, , but parts did arrive, excellent OEM VW Quality, as New condition, good value, all good from this seller.
