Very nice
2 of 2 found this helpful Great little drill. Surprisingly powerful.
Easily drills 30mm wide holes with my forstner or spade bits.
Quieter than my 18v Bosch which is nice.
I made a pocket/belt clip for it from 2mm spring steel wire. (1.5mm would be easier to work with though) since it seems only the more expensive brushless model has a Bosch-made clip. You can get a holster for this but I'm not a fan of those.
I also bought a Wera 052502 Rapidaptor bit holder for it. Adds a little length but makes it super fast to swap out bits with one hand, but still have the bits locked in place so they don't come out after you've screwed something in.

Great idea with some flaws
PROS:
- Very easy to use.
- Magnets hold the saw well.
- Compact.
- Affordable.
- Extremely easy to set up.
- Three very positive clicks at 90 and 45 degrees in either direction.
- Far safer than electric saws.
- Far quieter than electric saws.
- Much less dust thrown up than electric saws.
CONS:
- It required a very thin washer to be added at the pivot point, because the entire thing was wonky and didn't cut straight.
- If you use a Japanese ryoba saw, it will scratch the top of the guide and quickly wear it down, and since these saws are amazing, I will have to make a sacrificial peace of material to add there, either super thin so the magnets still work, or make it thicker and add my own magnets to it. This should be really easy, just need a piece of wood, some cheap round magnets and a drill bit.
- Won't go further than 45 degrees unless you add an already angled piece of wood between the guide and the workpiece, which might be awkward to hold, so I'd use a clamp or two.
- No compound miter cuts (angled in two directions at the same time).
So, I love the idea, but it's not perfect and may require a bit of tinkering to work properly. Still, the best solution I found.

Nice blades
These cut very quickly with HUGE teeth. Great for cutting larger pieces of wood, but don't expect a very clean cut.
They feel very solid with almost zero flexing, which is good considering how huge they are. Great value. Recommended if you need something like this.
