Good book
This is a good book

It works but it seems to be a little flimsy
It works well but it doesn't seem to be very sturdy. The hopper basket is flimsy plastic and I'm sure it will not hold up very well. And I'm sure they can make improvements, However the crusher works as it is described.....

Amazing
The steam cleaner works great and I am so amazed on how well it puts out the steam. This unit is a little heavier than other steam mops on the market however it holds more water and thus puts out more steam for up to 30 minutes. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend the "refurbished" Oreck steam cleaner.
