The Ultimate Gaming Machine
Being that this is only my second Saturn in 20 years I feel I can honestly call this a quality console. I find the graphics better than PS1 since there is alot more being rendered on the fly not pre rendered.
I also appreciate the built in memory, expansion slot and off beat games you can only get on SEGA.
This specific Saturn was a brilliant find, I'm glad in 2018 I could get a Saturn in such mint condition :)

A unique combination
3 of 3 found this helpful If you are in the market for something special, limited and cute. Look no further than SEGA and Sanrio's cross over.
I'm a big SEGA fan and also fond of Hello Kitty and Sanrio in general. So when I decided I needed a ntsc-j Dreamcast to play some great Japanese exclusives, I knew this was the system I needed. There is no language barrier with the console. You can switch to english and all games that have english will automatically be english as well.
The power cord is slightly differant from ntsc- to ntsc-j but it works fine in my surge protector.
I also think the price was fair. I paid the same price for this console BNIB for the same as a BNIB PS4 in 2017.
This also comes with a keyboard :) and a special version of Dream passport. When I get a DreamPi I'll definately try it out :)
But is this for everybody? I don't think many will justify the price of this treasure. Then who is this for? In 1999 it was used to try to get girls into video games. But in 2017 I'd say it's for that collector or gamer who wants something a little more affordable and uncommon. It's a good conversation piece and an excellent gaming machine.
Also if you are on the fence because it's pink you could look at the blue version ;)
