LIVES UP TO THE ADVERTISING!
I have fallen in and out of love with photography ever since I studied it at Art College many many years ago. I have owned numerous camera's both expensive SLR's and inexpensive Point and Shoot boxes, over the years, but all have had their drawbacks and disappointments.
Since buying the Olympus Pen E-PL1, I am definitely back in love with photography! It CAN be used as a simple point and shoot to great effect, or, if you have a good knowledge of photographic principles such as depth of field,under and over exposure, fill flash etc etc, It CAN produce moments of magic! The flexibility of interchangable lenses and step by step guides allows you to become a professional at a relatively modest cost.
I hope I don't have to replace this camera. But if I had to, I'd definitely buy another one of these!

Extra zoom for your zoom!
I had looked at these on the Olympus website many times, and was attracted to the idea of them. But had always resisted as I could never justify the full retail cost against the possible benefits. However, after I found I could save a sizeable chunk of cash by buying online, I relented. It is, as with all Zuiko lenses, a quality bit of kit. It does certainly provide some extra zoom capacity, but even at the reduced cost, it's still quite pricey for a relatively small increase in performance. Having said that, the alternative of stepping up to the next level of Zuiko zoom lens would cost considerably more. So, I guess, with that thought in mind, buying this teleconverter is quite cost effective.

SUPERB PRODUCT! WELL WORTH THE MONEY!
I BOUGHT THE APPLE IPAD AS A SURPRISE CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY WIFE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, MY WIFE WAS SPEECHLESS ON CHRISTMAS DAY!
SHE'S A BIT OF A TECHNOPHOBE, AND WAS WORRIED SHE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO USE IT. BUT WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, AND WITH A LITTLE HELP, SHE WAS SURFING THE INTERNET LIKE A PRO!IT CAME WITH ALMOST 100% CHARGE ON THE BATTERY, SO COULD GET STRAIGHT INTO IT.
AS FOR ME, I RESISTED THE HYPE OF APPLE PRODUCTS FOR MANY YEARS, UNTIL I FINALLY SUCCOMBED TO AN IPHONE. NOW IM HOOKED!
SO, THE IPAD IS BASICALLY A LARGER SCALE IPHONE, SO I WAS ABLE TO GET ONTO IT STRAIGHT AWAY.
SO.......NOW IM HOPING FORLORNLY, THAT SHE'LL REALLY DISLIKE THE IPAD, AND I'LL BE ABLE TO TAKE IT ON!
ITS FAST, INTUITIVE, DEAD EASY TO USE. I LOVE IT!
