  Item was well packaged and as described. Had a bit of a delay in delivery but no fault of the sender, just Evri being unreliable as always, when I brought it to the sellers attention they were very understanding and helpful.

  First package came and glasses were broken , sent pics and was advised new package would be sent. New ones arrived and also broken ( it's the packaging very limited) Took more pics and sent ,no reply nothing ? Would not recommend this seller as ignorant.

  Thanks for your negative feedback, but the story is different! I sent 1 package with cups intact(in original box, new condition, bubble wrapped) so I don't believe it was poor packaging! You received 1 broken cup(which I honestly don't know how it happened) and I offered to give you a Full Refund or Replacement. You choose Replacement so I've sent another set of Brand New Cups which 1 was Again Broken(again, I don't know how...) What would you want me to do?? Keep sending you cups until???

  The lens arrived in very good condition and as described. It would had been nice if the desicription mentioned no lens hood was included. I was also a bit dissapointed the listing said Royal Mail Special Delivery, but it was actually sent with Tracked 48.
