Not very good organized sales service
As short summary It is refurbished printer and I have returned this printer without any problem. So they have good return service. Some details: 1) When printer arrived I see it is not working. It prints only a few stains on the paper. So they did not test refurbished printer before sending. Not good! 2) I informed them and they reply me to clean the printer nozzles by using maintenance part of soft ware. So I have to watch youtube vidoe in order to learn it. Not good! 3) While nozzle cleaning I realized printer cartridges empty. I told them and they send me new set of cartridges. Good! 4) I have to watch youtube videos in order to change cartridges. It is not user friendly. Not good! 5) Unfortunately it is not worked after all. I asked replace it with working one. They didn't accept. Not good! 6) I returned it with without any problem but I had to bring this big printer to post office. Not good! I had to spent a lot of time as a result! They should have checked the printer before sending.
