Excellent rack
The rack is strong, solid and well made. The finish is good and the parts fit together. Not perfect, but you don't have to drill anything or cut things out. From mechanical and engineering point of view it all comes together nicely. The instructions however are flawed. The will give you a minimum information on how to put things together. And in the wrong order. You will be forced to take things off the bike just after you put them on. I would start with removing the rear grips and right hand side (as you would sit the bike) rear panel. Then disconnect the turn signals. Take them off and fit new brackets. You may have to take the rear plate holder off to do that. It holds up by the same screws that you fit new brackets on to and cross bar. You may have to pull more cables out from the loom to reach the connectors. Then put the panel back and take the rear foot rests off. Attach the bottom of the box brackets and finally fit the top rails to the bike. So work on the lights first, then foot rests and then the top rail. Don't tighten any screws yet. You will need that play to fit other side. After you have all in place then tighten bolts bit by bit going around the rack and bike. It is very good product but instructions are brief at best. Still recommend. Cases fit perfectly.

R&G bungs but....
You just bought a box full off bolts, nuts, washers, etc. Lot of weight suggest quality. Instructions on what is in the box, what goes with what and where. This is where things get bit foggy. Pictures are there but you need to actually work out where is it on the bike. After that two spacers were meant to go the other way around. Then the other side of the bike and trouble. If you are unlucky like me then the weld on your frame is thicker. That makes spacers to short. Things no longer fit snugly. Same happened to me on previous ER6f. If spacers would be 5mm longer then all my work be finished. No such luck. Over £100 but things are on the bike, out of boxes, bags. Point of no return. Do you feel lucky? At least I didn't cut through the fairing. Instructions are not the best and so is the fit of the parts. All components are good quality and solid, thou. Hope this helps.
