Fantastic purchase
I bought this with some trepidation as it was refurbished. Needless anxiety ! Having moved house recently I stupidly forgot to pack my existing Dyson bought from John Lewis new a year ago., so was reluctant to spend £3/400 again and opted for this one. I can honestly say it is far superior power and suction wise, and charger life seems much more. I am absolutely delighted wiith this purchase. It artived super quick and the packaging was exceptionally professional. I can not recommend highly enough :)

Worth every penny !
5 of 5 found this helpful I recently moved into a flat from a victorian townhouse along with our 10 year old outdoor tabby. 3 differing conventional litter trays later, I despaired (my cat was fine - I hated seeing it & dealing with it all) then I saw this! I had trepidations that she would use it, she may be an outdoor cat, but is scared of her own shadow ! Hates anything with noise, hoover, etc and dislikes the unfamiliar. All the scratch posts, toys, basket bedding I have bought over the years have been flatly rebuffed. So, would she use this? Especially for my sake ! I thought this would be a very long process knowimg Lola. But no, i followed the advice that came with it, ie sat it beside old litter tray, dont empty it (urgh) and because of this she went in voluntarily to the scoopfree one ! I took away the conventional one and that was that ! Its just fantastic, works like a dream, haven't changed the tray as yet (week 3 nearly) no smell, always clean, purrfect. Happy cat, happy me 😊. Just to note, it is large, so make sure you measure up and have space for it, also needs to be near a plug point - we had to drill hole to extend cord to nearest plug point. Is worth the effort ! Highly recommend.
