Great idea, broke easily.

Have been wanting one for a while because of rapid single-serve water heating ability. Water dispenser tab/lever broke with first use. Product is no longer supported by Sunbeam, repair/replacement not available. Not sure if just this particular item, or this is a larger problem - my parents had one that worked well for a long time.
