Get what you pay for

Died after 4 hours. Was noisier than the engine for the short life it had.

Quality, and overkill.

If you're thinking a walbro (ti) 255 is what you need, then get it. I've ran these in other forced-induction cars and have never needed extra fuel. Only down side is 255lph is a bit excessive for a street 1.8l. A 190lph pump would've got me where I need to be. Seems to be a genuine part, and it runs noticeably quieter than the old models.

Charges at a slightly higher voltage (14.8 vs 14.6), but handles less amp load than the factory alternator. Powermaster refuses it to be defective. Don't waste your cash.
