Breville Joule Sous Vide Makes Cooking Large Pieces of Meat to Perfection CONSISTENTLY EASY
I have a Breville Joule Sous Vide and I'm looking for a second. We entertain frequently and primarily use the Breville to prepare meats, beef, pork, chicken but want to prepare other items so we will add another. Cooking is PERFECTED with Sous Vide, meats are brought to temperature and HELD for extended periods WITHOUT OVER COOKING and tough cuts like Blade Cut Chuck roasts come out VERY much as tender and flavorful as Beef Tenderloin and that was done among friends as a taste test! BUT DON'T FORGET TO PAN SEAR AFTER SOUS VIDE TO CARAMELIZE AND ADD THAT FINAL BIT OF CRITICAL FLAVOR!!!
