Purchase was easy & appeared to have been shipped quickly. The item made it to the US then was sent back to Australia for unknown reason. Seller picked it up and was charged a fee which they tried to deduct from my refund. After emphasizing this didn’t make sense since I didn’t receive product and they could now resell, they kindly gave me the full refund.
