Great Product!

Enlightening and Helpful!
2 of 2 found this helpful This book is easy to read, extremely informative, helps the reader fully understand what this disorder is and how to cope with it on an everyday basis. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a family member or close friend with this disorder. It is enlightening.

Another Windham Hill Favorite!
1 of 1 found this helpful The name Windham Hill is always associated with the 'best of the best' when it comes to music greats, and this CD is no exception. Every song on this disc is pure quality! Since all of the songs are instrumentals, this is perfect music to go along with that morning cup of java when you're needing that gentle wake-up call. It's also perfect when you're kicking back at the end of a tense day and need to unwind. It is perfect for those transitional times of the day. It is overall a very mellowing, gently uplifting, 'feel good' CD. It will instantly become one of your most listened to and one of your favorites.
