Not really that bright as shown on the pictures but hey its only 10 bucks
its just okay brightness. no where near the brightness the picture shows. on the plus side the batterys should last a long time as the light isn't so bright. seems durable. Just don't expect this light to be super light.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EASY TO USE AND DURABLE DEVICE
Hello, There are many testers out there that do a lot. I will only used this device. Its simple to use, durable and the battery seems to last a very long time. Its not to large in size, its easy to read. I have been using this device for over a year now and its rugged. Its rolls around in the bottom of my tool bag and works every time I need it. Its very simple to use. Simply attach the RJ-45 cord that you want to test. The sequence of lights will go green or in red (red for bad). if the sequence isn't correct or you get red lights that tells you the cable is not correct. The kit usually comes with a small Ethernet patch cable for testing wall outlets (x2). Very easy to test the wall outlets for proper wiring and to where the end (term) cable is located. I see a lot of other devices out there that seem to do much more. they are not easy to read. I like devices that just do the job I need not all kinds of other features that you never need or know how to use. Highly recommended device, I am a low voltage professional for 8 years.
