  Rude delivery driver that press door bell, left package on the road. Heavy item, am disable, when ask to bring it by the door he said it's 2 man job and his job was to deliver ONLY - NO mattress in box!!! Unable to contact delivery centre to complaint!!! When contact seller to sent it back mention that there is a £25 charge!!! How ridiculous!!! Avoid this seller as very uncooperative and use a delivery system that leave heavy loads items on the road!!!

  Delivery the bed twice , one week after another which is a duplicated error , 50 kilos each orders , on the error delivery they dump the 50 kilo outside and lean on my car on the second delivery which is the wrong order damaged my cars bumper , I was at home at the time and heard a loud bang . the service worth only one stars because that error caused A LOT of stress . So please use your own diligence to decide does it worth it . In our case definitely not worth it Hence negative feedback

  Delivered item looks as stated no issues box a bit torn but that was so delivery man could hold onto the boxes I don’t think the family member it was bought for had any issues thanks quick speedy delivery
