  Poorly Packaged so the item was damaged in transit. Raised a case and the seller blamed and accused me for making it all up. eBay customer service helped in the end to ensure I was provided my refund.

  I requested photos of the packaging to claim on insurance but you refused to send them leaving me to believe damage caused by yourself. I asked several times but you only showed the case broken not the packaging. I raised with eBay who found in my favour. The item was packaged to protect it but there is no evidence to show damage to the box from transit
