  I have ordered violet leaves from this seller a few times over the years with no problems. This is the first time my order did not make it through customs. This is NOT the seller's fault. Seller clearly states in the item description: "All shipping outside of the UK exclusively at buyers risk. ( I am not responsible for customs & duties in your country )"I accepted those terms and knew the risk when I made the purchase.
