Sooty`s Magic Twin tub!
1 of 1 found this helpful When I took it out of the box my first thoughts were, lol, it's sooo cute! It looks like a toy, but when you fill it and switch it on it purrs quietly giving a much more grown up impression. Yes, as everyone says, the pipes are a wee bit flimsy, but if you're gentle with them they function ok and if it bothers you I guess you can replace them - certainly the filling hose. I don't know how easy it would be to change the drain hose. We live on a narrowboat and this little machine fits unobtrusively into the corner of our bathroom. I can happily use the loo as a seat while chugging our washing in and out of the machine - it feels like I'm playing dollies instead of the usual drudge of washing but I expect that will wear off. Performance wise, it will take a Kingsize duvet cover or two bath towels in one go, a fair bit of underwear or 4 -5 tee shirts. The fab thing is, you can put your whites in first (but not widdly Terry nappies like my dozy ex sister-in-law!!!) and then use the same water for mixed coloureds so you're not wasting gallons of hot water like in an automatic - especially important for people like us with limited water supply. Another bonus for boaters and caravanners is that there's no heating element to drain your batteries, it uses water at whatever temperature you put in it. The clothes come out pretty clean - I can't see much difference from when I use an automatic, but by gosh the water ends up pretty grimy so it's clearly doing the business. The spinner works very well but my stuff doesn't come out "practically dry" as some have said, maybe they let it spin for longer but I find a minute and a half is enough as the water stops coming out long before then. All in all I'm extremely pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who needs a small machine and needs to limit the water and electric use.

Crocs
My daughter has a Croc eating Cockerpoo. She likes my Crocs very much. The new ones are much better than the previous pair as they still have a strap. Unlike the Cockerpoo'd ones.
Very comfortable, good for indoors or outdoors so don't have to keep taking them off if you just need to nip out to the garden. Not fluffy, but you can get fluffy liners if you must. Ok to wear round the pool/sauna/steam room at my local health club too.
NOT Cockerpoo proof.

'Snot bad
Bought this as a gift and haven't presented it yet to the intended recipient. Looked fine when I unpacked it. Should prove to have the "Uuurrrrgh!" factor. I thought it was a bit pricey for a joke item, but it will probably function ok. Would have felt it better VFM for a fiver but perhaps I'm a tight-wad.
