Works well
3 of 3 found this helpful Every so often you need to change out your cell phone battery. We all know that Lithion Ion batteries can get hot and catch fire. That's what my old one was doing, it got hot, started getting a little larger. When that happens say goodbye to your phone. It will fry the hardware. So at the first little sign of trouble like that, get a new one. Don't buy used, you don't know how long it's been used. I had to get a new battery and when that didn't help I had to get a new phone. The one I had before lasted two years. Buying from Ebay was way better than trying to buy from any of my local retailers. They were wanting $34.00 to $46.00 for this battery. Ridiculous.
Right now the two new ones I bought are working terrific.

Lightweight with great features
It is a very nice product, it does take some work to get ashes in it, but that's because of the ashes. I like it helps with the loss of my loved one.

Works ok
1 of 1 found this helpful It does shut itself off frequently and restarts. It does over heat easily. I do like the larger screen and its capabilities. But I always try to keep it cooled down. Even so it still re-boots itself and I'm not sure why.
